In Bloom at China Chilcano

Every spring, Washington, D.C. comes to life when the cherry blossoms bloom and at José Andrés Restaurants, we celebrate the arrival of the season with the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s Cherry Picks, a four-week series of limited-time cocktails, dishes, and desserts inspired by the iconic trees peak bloom.
At China Chilcano, we'll embrace the style of cooking known as Nikkei, which reflects the Japanese influence on Peruvian cuisine. Enjoy Gyudon a la Yoshinoya, a rice bowl topped with shaved ribeye, shoga, and onsen egg, or sweet and chewy Mochi Ice Cream.
And don't forget the cocktails! We're toasting to spring with three special drinks including the Sakura Sour, a seasonal take on the Peruvian classic.
