Spring has arrived, and we’re celebrating at China Chilcano with limited-time Cherry Blossom specials inspired by the season’s beauty.

Enjoy the delicate flavors of our Sakura Crystal Dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings served with ají rocoto soy sauce, or savor the crispy, flavorful Crab Rangoon with a cherry sweet and sour sauce.

Toast to the season with Kyoto Bloom, a refreshing cocktail featuring Roku gin, Mancino Sakura vermouth, and green chartreuse.
